Why I’m Building This
Hey, I'm Josh — a self-taught developer with a passion for autonomous and smart systems.
Each morning I found myself bouncing between 10 different apps and websites for news, weather, my calendar, and everything else we’ve trained ourselves to “check”. Every one of them competed for attention — and the minutes lost to noise quietly added up to hours every week.
That’s why I built SpeedyBrief: a personalised briefing that delivers what you need in one place, without the rabbit holes. I originally built it for myself — but it became so useful that I decided to share it and build it properly with user feedback.
This first version is only the beginning. The long-term goal is an ecosystem of tools that helps people do meaningful work — with less planning, fewer decisions, and far fewer distractions.
